| Abstract: | Under the guidance of balanced development theory of basic education, the paper carried out a survey on the working conditions of middle school PE teachers in Shanxi Province, with the methods of literature, questionnaire and mathematical statistics. The study provided approaches for the developments respectively, such as gender, profession titles, further education and poor welfare, tried to find out some strategies and countermeasures for the improvement of P.E. teachers' working conditions. |
