| 摘 要： | 移动参考咨询是数字参考咨询在移动互联网时代的延伸与发展。通过对数字参考咨询和移动参考咨询的实践发展、主要特点、服务模式三方面进行比较分析，指出移动参考咨询是图书馆服务发展的必然趋势，并进一步提出了图书馆移动参考咨询服务发展的策略。

| Abstract: | Mobile reference service is the extension and development of digital reference service in the mobile Intemet era. Based on comparing and analyzing 3 aspects of digital reference service and mobile reference service： prae~ce development, main characteristics and service models, the conclusion that mobile reference service is the inevitable trend ~ library service has been pointed out, and the developing strategy of mobile reference service in library has been proposed as well. |
