摘    要:指出了体育院校现行的分配制度存在的与学科梯队建设脱节;与市场劳动价格脱轨;与用人制度改革脱离等方面的问题。提出运用"激励理论"和建立"按劳分配"与"优质优酬"相统一的考评制度。

Deep Thoughts on Promoting Discipline Echelon Construction With Reforming Distribution System in Institutes and Schools of P.E
Abstract:The author points out that the current distribution systems is disjointed with the discipline echelon construction, divorced from the labour price in the market and separated with the reforming of the system of personnel placement. It is suggested that the theory of encouragement be used to set up posts according to disciplines and implement the post salary system, assessment system combined with the ideas of "distribution according to work" and "better pay for better work" built and labour prices on campus in line with the social market established.
