| 摘 要： | 在审判实践中，法官有时会遇到某些专业性的问题，这些专业性问题是法官们所不熟悉的，需要借助于掌握特定知识的专业人士才能形成对事实甚至法律的进行认定。在美国，这些专业人士被称为“法院之友”，他们广泛参与司法活动，以自己的专业知识帮助法官更深刻地理解案件，协助法官形成相对公正的判决。

| Abstract: | In their practice of a trial,judges would sometimes meet with technical problems covering fields that they are not familiar with,and they have to consult experts of specific areas for their professional knowledge to facilitate the trial.In the USA,these experts are called amicus curiae,who take part in the judicial activities to a wide degree and use their expertise to help judges better understand cases and make a fairer judgment. |
