| 摘 要： | 救济灾民是最古老的一种社会保障方式,有人因此得以生存,有人则因为信念各异而"舍生取义"。中外文化典籍当中,给当代人类留下了丰富的记录资料,使我们能够通过阅读古代文化典籍看到古人对社会救济的态度和做法。借鉴古人的精神智慧也可以为当代社会保障制度提供相当程度的参考价值,从而引发人们深思维护生存权利之社会保障制度的公平正义性。

| Abstract: | Relief is the oldest way of social security. Some can survive just because of social relief while others would rather die than live on it. We can find the attitudes of different generations to social relief and their varied practices by reading Chinese and foreign classic literature in which plenty of information about it can be found. Learning from their wisdom and attitudes can also provide for valuable reference for contemporary social security systems, and help to review the fairness and justice of social relief and the right to survival. |
