| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,甘肃城乡居民收入获得很大提高,但同时收入差距也进一步拉大,这逐渐成为甘肃省构建和谐社会的障碍。分析原因,甘肃的城乡关系、地理环境和产业布局中存在的问题是主要因素,再加上受全国收入分配政策的影响,城乡居民收入差距拉大也在情理之中。现阶段,应通过对甘肃城乡关系、区域发展和产业结构的调整,配合收入分配政策的完善,努力改变省内城乡居民收入差距拉大的态势,为构建和谐甘肃奠定基础。

| Abstract: | Since the reform and opening-up policy,the income of residents in Gansu province has made a great progress,but at the same time,the urban- rural income gap has been further widened,which gradually becomes the obstacle of building a harmonious society of Gansu province. If we analyze reasons,the relationship between urban and rural areas,geographical environment and industrial structure in Gansu are objective factors,coupled with the influence of the national income distribution policies,urban and rural residents widening income gap is understandable. At this stage,we should try our best to change the gap between the income of urban and rural residents in Gansu through adjusting the relationship between urban and rural areas,regional development,industrial structure and income distribution policies,in order to lay the foundation for building a harmonious Gansu. |
