| 摘 要： | 高等职业教育的发展经历了一个快速的发展时期，但目前由于受各种因素的影响，大部分高职院校的招生和毕业生就业都出现了困难，其原因既有由于普通高校的大发展的影响，也有生源对高职认识不足，国家政策及高职业院校自身等因素影响，高职院校只有从内（学校自身），外（社会环境）两个方面进行研究和改革，才能找出发展的途径。

| Abstract: | Higher vocation education has gone through a period of rapid development. Because of various elements, it is difficult to enroll new students and to obtain employment of graduates in most of these colleges. The reason is that not only do ordinary colleges develop rapidly but students are unknown to higher vocational education. The policies of state and the influence of higher vocational education itself are also causes to be discussed. In order to find out the way of development, higher vocational education colleges must research and reform from two parts, one from college itself, the other from society conditions. |
