| 摘 要： | 我国改革开放二十多年来,在利用外资方面已取得了很大的成功,外资已成为拉动我国经济增长的主要动力之一.但近几年来,随着外资的猛增,它所带来的一系列问题也加大了我国经济持续健康发展的风险,在深入剖析了风险成因的同时,提出了在新形势下利用外资的对策.

| Abstract: | Great success has been made in making use of foreign capital since the reform and opening up to the outside world.Foreign investment has become one of the main impetuses in promoting China's economic growth,with the rapid increasing risks of developing healthy economy.The paper analyzes the risk reasons brought about by foreign investment and puts forward the corresponding strategies so as to properly use foreign capital in new situations. |
