| 摘 要： | 新世纪的体育理念倡导人文精神,倡导健康第一、快乐第一、人的可持续发展第一,必然使我们的目光聚焦到娱乐与健康上;通过娱乐来获取健康,是21世纪体育的发展之路.艺术体操作为学校体育教学的内容之一,必须高度重视;树立新的教学观念,采用游戏教学法必将顺应这一新的发展潮流,给艺术体操课的教学活动注入新的血液.

| Abstract: | The new century sports idea calls for humanity spirit,health first,joy first,human's sustainable development first,which result in our attention focusing inevitably on entertainment and health.Healthy life by entertaining is the way that sport development will go in the 21st century.The Rhythmic Gymnastic,as one of the school sports course,requires new teaching ideas,new contents and methods facing the new situation.And teaching through games will meet the requirements of the new situation,and will put some fresh air in the teaching of the Rhythmic Gymnastic. |
