| 摘 要： | 在加速试验(Accelerated testing)条件下,对锁阳螺旋藻复合片的主要理化指标和卫生指标进行检测和分析,结果表明:锁阳螺旋藻复合营养片在加速试验条件下保存0个月、1个月、2个月、3个月后,微生物指标均未发生变化,产品的各项理化指标测定值与0个月的测定值,经方差分析,差异不显著(P<0.05),符合企业产品备案标准,其质量指标稳定.

| Abstract: | The sanitation indexes and physiochemical indexes for storing Cynomorium songaricum spirulina tablets are tested under the condition of accelerated testing.The results show that the microorganism indexes of compound tablets do not change after 0,1,2 and 3 months.Compared with new tablets,all determining indexes for the tablets after 1 to 3 months are not significantly different（p0.05）,indicating that the product quality is stable. |
