创新型教师素质及其培养模式探析

摘    要:创新型教师应具备的素质是要有正确的人生观、价值观,积极的创新精神和创新意识,较高的创新能力,扎实系统的专业知识、文化基础知识,良好的教育教学实践操作能力,树立正确的教育思想和学生观.在我国高师4+0组织模式短期难以改变的情况下,为培养创新型教师,建立创新型教师的高师培养模式,以其培养模式的工作模式为突破口,对培养模式的各部分、各环节进行优化,进而达到培养模式的整体优化.

Abstract:The innovatory teacher should be of such essential qualities as a right outlook of life, values, an active spirit and sense of innovation, a high innovative ability, a thorough and systematic knowledge of his profession and culture, a strong operative ability in educational and teaching practice and a right educational idoelogy and view of students. Realistically speaking, the present organizational mode of 4 0 prevailing in the higher normal institutions in our country seems unlikely to be changed in the near future . Under such circumstances, some innovative pattern of teachers training should be introduced as a breakthrough point to first optimize the different parts and steps of the training pattern of higher normal institutions and then the pattern itself as a whole so as to train a good number of innovative teachers in the future.
