| 摘 要： | 首先从系统功能角度设计了区域可持续发展指标体系，接着用改进的熵值法确立了区域可持续发展各指标的权重，然后运用系统发展模型分析了郑州市可持续发展能力的发展演化及地域分异规律．指出：郑州市可持续发展能力基本呈增强态势，但1987～1991年间却明显减弱；经济因子对郑州市各地域可持续发展能力起决定性作用，但其贡献却在弱化，而环境因子、科技因子的作用正在加强．

| Abstract: | The paper firstly designs the indicator system of regional sustainable development from the view of its function, secondly defines the indicators weights by use of improved entropy, and thirdly analyses the capacity' s variation and the regional differentiation regularity of Zhengzhou' s sustainable development capacity. The author points out that the capacity of Zhengzhou' s sustainable development is gradually strengthened, but is distinctly weakened during 1987 - 1991 .Economy is a decisive factor of sustainable development capacity,but its influence is decreasing and the importance of environment and science and technology is gradually strengthening. |
