| 摘 要： | 随着世界航运业的迅猛发展,海事英语教师师资问题越来越受人们关注。要培养符合STCW78/10新公约要求的优秀航运人才首先要建设一支优秀的海事英语师资队伍。本文从调查分析高职院校航海英语师资的素质现状出发,提出了加强海事英语师资建设的相关对策,以便培养更合格的海事英语教师。

| Abstract: | With the flourishing development of world shipping industry, the quality of maritime English teachers is paid much more attention. It is a must to have qualified maritime English teachers first in order to cultivate excellent shipping talents up to the requirements of STCW78/10. From the survey on the quality status of maritime English teaching staff in higher vocational colleges, this article puts forward some suggestions on how to enhance the qualification of maritime English teachers. |
