| Abstract: | Open party affairs policy is a major way of building inner-party democracy and the new measure to improve the leadership of the party.The thesis explores the theory of open party affairs in all aspects and builds a mold for open party affairs policy,which has great significance to the construction of inner-party democracy,the improvement of leadership of the party and the construction of harmonious socialist socity. |
