| 摘 要： | 通过对国内外相关研究的分析，指出目前研究的不足；借鉴工程管理中应用较广的项目影响理论，将科技文献机构资源共享的绩效评估指标划分为项目行为、直接结果、间接结果和最终结果三个维度，提出评估过程框架，指出评估过程中最关键的环节在于寻找科技文献机构资源共享的“执行失败”和“理论失败”。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes related researches performance measuring of resource sharing of S&T literature institution home abroad and points out its deficiency. Furthermore, it refers to Item Influence Theory which is used widely in engineering management, and divides the index of performance measuring of resource sharing of S&T literature institution into three dimensions, including item behavior, direct result, indirect result and final result. It puts forward the framework of measuring process, which means that the most important factor during the measuring process is searching for “performance failure” and “theory failure” of resource sharing of S&T literature institution. |
