| 摘 要： | 实习实验教学是高职人才培养中的重中之重。学生的实践技能大多是在实验室获得的,但是原有的实验室建设存在很多问题。面临教学改革的新形势、新要求,高职实验室建设:要推动实验教学理念的转变和实验教学体系改革和创新;要推行先进的管理模式;要稳定教师队伍,强化实验教师队伍建设;要加大资金投入,加快设备更新;要推进实验室全面开放,提高实验室利用率;要发挥智能化的教学作用;要将实验教学的内容按层次划分,鼓励学生多进行创造型实验。

| Abstract: | The practice and experiment teaching is the key point of higher vocational personnel training. Most of the students＆#39; practical skills are obtained in the laboratory, but many problems exist in the existing laboratory construction. Facing the new situation and new requirements of teaching reform, it is important for higher vocational laboratory construction to complete the following task ： to promote experiment teaching idea transformation and the experimental teaching system reformand innovation; to introduce the advanced management mode, to stabilize the teaching staff, to strengthen experimental teachers team construction, to increase capital investment, to speed up the equipment renewal, to promote the overall open of the laboratory, to improve the utilization efficiency of lab; to give play to the teaching function of intelligence, to divide the experiment teaching content according to the level, and to encourage students to do more creative experiments. |
