| 摘 要： | 高职院校在面对物流外包产业人才紧缺和人才市场激励竞争的今天,以职业能力培养为特色的办学模式正在形成。高职院校要积极探索教学模式,不断改革教学方法,培养实用型、复合型物流外包人才。通过分析物流业务外包的现状,提出高职院校培养物流外包人才的优势。

| Abstract: | In the face of the logistics outsourcing industry talent shortage and heated competition of talent market today, school-running pattern which is characterized by the professional ability training is emerging. Higher vocational colleges should actively explore teaching mode, constantly reform teaching method, and cultivate the practical and compound logistics outsourcing talents. Through the analysis of the status quo of logistics outsourcing, it puts forward the advantage of logistics outsourcing talents cultivation in higher vocational colleges. |
