| 摘 要： | 高职院校的专业设置和建设是关系到能否培养优秀人才,与社会需求能否实现良好对接的重要环节。近年来在高职教育迅速发展的同时,许多院校在专业选择和开设上存在一些问题,如缺乏教育资源、办学条件差、专业规模小、缺乏企业参与、缺乏前瞻性。对此,应加强专业设置的科学性、特殊性、前瞻性,避免急功近利,要注重学生职业能力培养和专业基础拓展,加强校企合作,保证高职院校可持续发展。

| Abstract: | Professional setting and construction in higher vocational colleges is the im portant link that determ ines w hether it can cultivate the excellent talents, and achieve good social dem and docking. H igher vocational education has developed rapidly in recent years, yet there are som e problem s in the m ajor selection and setting, such as lack of education resources, poor school conditions, sm all specialty scale, lack of enterprise participation, and lack of foresightness. B ased on this, it should strengthen the scientific nature, particularity, and foresightness, avoid seeking instant success and quick profits, pay attention to students＆#39; vocational ability training and professional basis expansion, enhance school-enterprise cooperation, and guarantee the sustainable developm ent of higher vocational colleges. |
