| 摘 要： | 在高职教育“四合”理念下，在高职院校后示范大背景下，通过对高职环艺专业存在的校企文化融合下的制度淡化、人才培养多倾向于理论教学、校企互动较少、合作层次浅等现状的分析，提出以校园环境、课堂教学、实训、素质教育、校企文化融合为载体，创新校企文化融合的高职环艺专业人才培养模式，以期为社会培养合格专业人才。

| Abstract: | through the analysis of the status quo like the less im portant system , the tendency to theoretical teaching, the less interaction and the shallow level cooperation, it should integrate cam pus environm ent, class teaching, practical training and school-enterprise culture as the carrier, innovate the talents training m ode of environm ent arts specialty of school-enterprise integration in order to cultivate the qualified talents for the society. |
