| 摘 要： | 目前,我国高职教育办学规模迅速增长后,内涵建设成为重点。高职外贸专业毕业生的能力与就业岗位的要求存在一些差距,存在"脱节"现象。为此提出了两者对接的人才培养模式,包括课程对接、师资对接、培训与实训对接、项目合作等,以不断完善专业培养方案、教学计划、课程设置,提高学校专任教师的教学水平,从而使培养出来的学生具有较强的社会竞争能力。

| Abstract: | At present, with the rapid growth of the running scale of higher vocational education, the connotation construction has become the key point. Some gaps exist between the graduates ability and employment requirements. The paper puts forward the docking talents training mode, including course docking, the teaching staff docking, training and practice docking, and project cooperation. This can constantly improve the professional training scheme, teaching plan, curriculum setting, and improve school full-time teachers＇ teaching level, so that the trained students have stronger social competitiveness. |
