| 摘 要： | 阐述了终身体育的内涵及意义,分析了高职体育教育与终身体育教育的关系,明确了高职体育教育在终身体育教育中的地位与作用,指出了目前的高职院校体育教学与学生终身体育观脱节的问题,进而提出在终身体育观下对高职院校体育教学模式进行改革创新的对策,包括建立正确的健康教育观念,提高学生的学习积极性,实施分层教学,因材施教。

| Abstract: | In this paper the connotation and the meaning of the lifetime sports are introduced, and the relationship between higher vocational education and lifetime physical education is analyzed. The status and role of higher vocational physical education in lifelong physical education is defined too. It points out that gymnastic teaching methods are disconnected with the lifetime sports concept in current higher vocational colleges, and further proposes the countermeasures of reforming and innovating the gymnastic teaching mode under the lifetime sports concept in higher vocational colleges. They are to establish a correct concept of health education, improve the students＇ learning enthusiasm, and carry out stratification teaching according to their aptitude. |
