高等教育大众化背景下高职励志教育思考

摘    要:随着高等教育大众化发展,高等职业教育已占据高等教育半壁江山。由于高职学校录取分数处于高等学校录取层次的末端,高职学生普遍存在文化基础课成绩较差、学习动力不足、自卑感强烈和学习动力缺失的特点。因此,应在高职院校开展励志教育,引导高职学生进行自我肯定、自我激励,树立远大理念和自信的品格。具体应在思想政治教育中贯穿励志教育内容,在相关课程中讲授励志教育内容,在校园文化活动中贯彻励志教育内容。

Abstract:With the development of higher education popularization, higher vocational education has occupied half of higher education. Due to the low passing marks of adm ission, higher vocational students have the characteristics:their cultural course basis is weak, they lack learning motivation, and they have strong feeling of inferiority. The inspirational education content should be throughout ideological and political education, included in the related courses and implemented in the campusculture activities.
