汽车双组电瓶充放电自动转换控制器设计

摘    要:商用车发动机起动功率及电气产品功能的增加,带来整车耗电量急剧增大。迫使一些车辆改用双组电瓶并联或轮流供电,由于两组电瓶并联放电使用时电瓶的性能差别会造成过多的自放电损耗,直接影响到电瓶使用寿命,双组电瓶并联充电时会导致车辆充电系统过载故障甚至损坏充电电路部件。设计该电路,能够根据电瓶电量情况自动切换给双组电瓶分别充电及控制放电,使车辆充电系统及电瓶工作在最佳状态,能够长期保持两电瓶电量充足,克服目前部分车辆采用的手动切换方式,影响电瓶使用寿命的弊端。

Abstract:The increase of engine starting power and electric products function of commercial vehicles leads to a sharp increase of power consumption for the vehicle. Some vehicles have to use dual battery parallel connection or power supply in turn, it will affect the duration of battery, and dual battery parallel charging will cause vehicle charging system overload failure or even damage the charging circuit components. The circuit should be designed to switch automatically to charge and discharge dual battery according to its power situation, keep the vehicle charging system and battery working in the best condition, and keep the battery power enough for a long time so as to overcome the problem that the service life of battery is affected because of the manual switching approach of some vehicles recently.
