| 摘 要： | 随着高职教育的发展,90后大学生的新的特征,给高职辅导员的学生心理工作带来新的挑战。如何做好大学生的心理工作,建设稳定和谐校园,成为我们新的课题。团体培训就成为一种有效而新颖的方法,为高职辅导员学生心理工作带来了新的篇章。鉴于此,团体培训在提高学生心理素质,解决心理问题等方面都有良好的效果。

| Abstract: | With the development of higher vocational education, the new characteristics of post-90 college students bring higher vocational counselors the new challenges for students＇ psychological work. It has become the new issue on how to do college students＇ psychological work well and how to stabilize and construct harmonious campus. Team training is one effective and innovative method which brings a new development on students＇ psychological development for higher vocational instructors. Team training achieves good effect on the aspects of increasing students＇ psychological quality and solving psychological problems. |
