| 摘 要： | 二千多年前,先秦法家提出了“以法治国”的法治思想,并付诸实践,对后来历代王朝的统治产生了深刻的影响。它虽有别于现代意义上的“法治”,但也蕴涵了现代“法治”思想的启蒙火花,不能简单、武断地将其归入“人治”的范畴,我们要用全面的、历史的眼光吸取其精华,为建设社会主义法治国家服务。

| Abstract: | More than 2,000 years ago,the pre-Qin Legalist School proposed the "rule by law" theory and put it to practice,which has had a profound influence on the rule of all the following dynasties.Although this idea is different from the modern "rule by law",it also contains the initiation spark of the "rule by law" of the modern age and should not be thrown into the domain of "rule by men".We are expected to hold a comprehensive and historical attitude to learn its essence and to serve for the construction of a socialist country under the rule by law. |
