| 摘 要： | 房地产泡沫的危害性与房地产泡沫的程度有密切关系。只有准确判断房地产市场是否存在泡沫，以及发生泡沫的程度，才能及时采取相应措施对房地产市场进行调控。因此，房地产泡沫程度的研究对促进国民经济和房地产业持续、稳定、健康发展有重要的现实意义。此文运用指标体系法对广东省茂名市房地产泡沫进行测度，试图为茂名市政府指导茂名市房地产市场的运行提供依据。

| Abstract: | There is a close relationship between the harmfulness and its degree of the real estate bubble.Accurate judging of its existence as well as its degree helps to control the market by corresponding measures.Therefore,the research is of significance to promote sustainable,stable,healthy development of national economy and real estate.This paper uses the index system method to measure the real estate bubble in Maoming,Guangdong,and tries to provide guiding for Maoming City Hall to operate the real estate market. |
