| 摘 要： | 以经济建设为中心，大力发展生产力，这是社会主义制度的本质要求。目前，当中国的改革开放进入关键时期，各类经济活动者已经成为经济主体，并能根据市场机制独立决策的时候，我们的“中心”仍然不能转向。因为我国仍然处于社会主义初级阶段，第二次转型的时机尚未成熟。必须以经济建设为中心而不是以制度建设为中心。

| Abstract: | The essential demand of socialism is developing productive forces, withtaking economic construction as its centralAbstract: The essential demand ofsocialism is developing productive forces, with taking economic construction as itscentral task. In today's crucial stage of China's reform, while those who are engagingin economic activities have become the main economic parts and can makeinde-pendent decision according to the market mechanism, the central task still shouldnot be transformed. Because our country is in the primary stage of socialism anddoesn't get its time for the second transformation, it must be economic construction,not system construction that should be taken as the central task. |
