| 摘 要： | 大学文化是现代大学组织的灵魂和精神,要提高大学的核心竞争力,创建高效能的一流大学组织,必须加强转型时期大学文化的建设和管理,充分发挥导向功能、凝聚功能和规范功能。从组织文化的视角分析当前大学文化建设所面临的形势,讨论转型时期重建大学文化的重大意义,目的是充分发挥大学组织文化的育人功能。

| Abstract: | As the soul and spirit of modern universities, university culture must be reinforced in its construction and management in the transitional period, fully displaying its functions of instruction, unity and standardization in order to improve the kernel competitiveness of universities and build first-class university organization with high efficiency. This article was written with an purpose to fully prompt its function of educating people by analyzing from the angle of organizational culture the present situation of university culture and the significance of university culture reconstruction in the transitional period. |
