| 摘 要： | 本文利用投入产出方法中的价格影响模型,以钢铁产业为例,定量分析了对一个产业实施贸易救济措施导致相关产业的价格变动幅度,从而论述了WTO各成员国在实施贸易救济措施时,应该遵循公共利益原则,避免因为片面地保护某个产业的利益而对国民经济整体利益造成损害。

| Abstract: | In this essay,according to the price variation impact model in input-output economics and with the iron industry as a example,the author does quantitative analysis of trade remedy impact on related industries through price effect The analysis shows that during the course of trade remedy,the domestic industry's benefit should not be the sole focus,attention should be given to the social welfare,including importers,downstream industries and consumers as a whole,prevent public interest from distortion by protecting one industry at the cost of other interest group. |
