| 摘 要： | 电子政务是当代信息化建设最重要的领域之一,所以其效益引起了全世界各国的关注。文章主要从成本和效益两个方面分析了电子政务建设的效益问题,电子政务建设的成本包括硬件投入成本和软件投入成本,其效益分为经济效益、社会效益、综合效益和负面效益。 |

| Abstract: | E-government is one of the most important areas of modern informationalization construction,so nations all over the world have caught sight of its benefit.This paper analyzes the benefit problem of E-government from two aspects: cost and benefit.The cost of E-government construction includes hardware cost input and software cost input,and its benefit includes economic benefit,social benefit,synthesis benefit and negative benefit. |
