| 摘 要： | 高校学生管理作为高校管理的一部分,是学校人才培养工作的重要保障,是教学形式的有效补充,是达到高校培养人才根本目的所必需的一种管理活动。因此,研究高校学生管理工作具有十分重要的意义。通过总结和比较美、英、德、日、澳五国高校学生管理工作的特点和经验,对我国高校学生的管理工作有一定的借鉴,同时,提出了有关高校学生管理改革的建议。
