| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the present situation of information service laws and regulations by government,nonprofit information service departments,trade associations,business information service functions,enterprise information and personal information,information resource property right protection,information security insurance,and information using for the enterprises in China,we put forward some suggestions and countermeasures to improve it. |
