| 摘 要： | 做好图书管理工作,必须以正确、科学、合理的理论为指导,必须制定客观、实际、明确的工作计划,同时还要辅助恰当的方法、手段和途径。本文从系统论视角下分析了图书管理工作的内部结构、主要特征、内在规律以及提高工作效率和质量的途径,探讨了系统论观点下图书管理的诸种作用,提出了要研究、掌握一定时期、一定范围内广大读者的组成,如学历层次、家庭背景、社会经验等重要观点,从而达到图书管理和服务工作有的放矢、事半功倍的目标。

| Abstract: | To do book management work well,we should guide it with correct,scientific and rational theories,make objective,practical and clear working plans and make use of appropriate methods and means.This article not only analyses from the system theory perspective the inner structure,main characteristics,and inner laws of book management work as well as the means to improve work efficiency and quality,but also discusses the different functions of book management work and points out that we should study about and grasp the formation of readers in a certain period and a certain range(e.g.their education levels,family background,social experience) so as to make book management and service effective and successful. |
