摘    要:民族地区新升本科院校在教师管理中,引入心理契约管理理念,在学校与教师之间构建良好的心理契约,对增强教师的凝聚力、提高教师对学校的忠诚度和工作的满意度、提高工作绩效、留住人才、防止教师流失等方面有很强的现实意义。

Abstract:In the faculty management in new-built regular colleges of ethnic minority areas,the introduction of the management concept of psychological agreement,that the colleges and teachers should construct a harmonious psychological agreement,has great realistic significance in some aspects,such as to strengthen teachers' cohesion,promote teachers' loyalty to school and satisfaction with their work,improve the work efficiency and result,keep the talented personnel from draining,etc.
