UY-1型有氧面罩间歇性限制吸氧量实验对人体红细胞生成的影响

摘    要:采用UY-1型有氧面罩对普通大学生和优秀运动员进行间歇性限制吸氧量的实验,发现UY-1型有氧面罩间歇性限制吸氧量可促使普通人红细胞生成增加。而实验营造的缺氧刺激强度并不能超过运动员训练时的缺氧刺激强度,因此并不能使运动员红细胞生成增加,建议在使用缺氧环境作为训练辅助手段时要考虑缺氧刺激的强度和时间。

Abstract:UY-1 mask had been applied to ordinary college students and elite athletes for the experiment of intermittently restricting aspiratory volume influence, Erythropoiesis of ordinary college students had significantly accelerated and the Erythropoiesis of elite athletes had no significant changes after experiment. It suggest that the intensity and time should be considered while the hypoxia environment was adopted as training method.
