| 摘 要： | 中华民族传统体育是中华民族传统文化的重要组成部分,是中国各民族或地区几千年历史,文化的厚重积淀,是具有自身特质,价值取向,内涵的重要文化现象,我们应该将民族传统体育有效地引入高校教学,并利用民族传统体育的特点和优点去促进高校的体育教学的有效性。文章运用文献资料与逻辑分析相结合的两种方法对利用民族传统体育促进高校体育教学的有效性的途径进行研究,简述了其主要途径：运用民族传统体育的历史文化价值,强化学生对体育学科的认可;发掘民族传统体育的趣味娱乐价值,调动学生参与课堂的积极性;运用民族传统体育的简单健身价值,辅助体育课堂的深入延伸。

| Abstract: | The Chinese traditional sports are Chinese traditional culture,are important parts of China’s ethnic or area several thousand years of history,the culture of thick accumulation,have their own characteristics,value orientation,content of the important cultural phenomenon.And we should introduce the national tradition sports effectively into academic teaching,and use the traditional ethnic sports characteristics and advantages to promote the sports teaching effectiveness.This paper with the methods of literature and logic analysis,analyzes the the approach of using the national tradition sports promoting college sports to promote the P.E.teaching effectiveness.This paper expounds the main approaches,including:using the national tradition sports of the historical and cultural value,strengthening students’ approval of sports subject;the study explores the national tradition sports interest entertainment value,arousing the enthusiasm of students participating the classroom activities;the study uses the traditional ethnic sports simple fitness value,the depth of the auxiliary physical education class outspread. |
