| 摘 要： | 心理危机干预指发生严重突发事件或创伤性事件后采取的迅速、及时的心理干预。危机会造成心理失衡的状态,学校有必要承担起心理危机干预的责任,尽量减轻危机给师生带来的身心问题,恢复其正常的功能水平。学校不仅要在危机后及时进行心理危机的处理,还需要建立完备的危机干预体系,重视危机前的预防以及危机干预团队的建设。心理危机干预团队的建设应着重考虑成员组成和职能分工两个方面,整合各方面的资源和优势,以保证心理危机干预的有效性。
