| Abstract: | The article introduces the general concept and major characteristics of flow state. The article also introduces the movement of research on flow state overseas and in our country . In addition, the author makes a brief comment on the present research of flow state . The purpose of the article is to help our psychology researcher learn about the present situation and tendency of sport psychology better and to put forward reference for sport psychological research. |
