| 摘 要： | 阿马蒂亚·森在实质的意义上定义了自由，认为自由是享受人们有理由珍视的那种生活的可行能力。他提出，人们能够过自己愿意过的那种生活的“可行能力”，不仅有助于改善人的各项权益，还有助于提高人的生活质量。以阿马蒂亚·森的实质自由来分析和解决我国妇女参政的问题，不仅可以实现妇女参与政治的自由，还可以提高妇女的主体地位，改善妇女的健康状况、教育水平、就业等基本可行能力。从而实现妇女自身的实质自由。

| Abstract: | Amartya Sen defines freedom based on the meaning of nature, believing that freedom is the feasible ability for the life worth valuing. He proposes that the ＂feasible ability＂ for the life people willing to live not only can help improve people＇ s varies rights and interests, but also living quality. Analyzing Chinese women＇ political participation with her theory not only can realize their free participation into politics,but also their subjective status improving the health, education, and employment. |
