衢州市文化“共享工程”与“远程教育”衔接实施研究

摘    要:目前全国文化信息资源共享工程已在衢州全市范围内建成2 802个基层站点,衢州市基层站点的服务模式有2种,卫星接收模式、宽带PC模式。现利用"远程教育"基层点的资源,采用宽带PC模式,在电信机房建立"衢州市文化信息资源共享工程镜像站",在全市范围以限定本地区外部IP地址来访问站点,确保"共享工程"资源的版权保护。至2008年底,共投入资金297万元,建立本地特色资源10GB,全市基层点共有专兼职工作人员5 392人,市支中心与远程办合作培训10 160人次,利用基层点开展服务163 522人次。通过"共享工程"与"远程教育"的衔接,建成了全市范围的"共享工程"服务网络,极大的推动了衢州市文化共享工程建设的深入发展。实现了市支中心和各基层点的广泛合作,资源共享,优势互补。衔接工程开始于2002年,至今取得了一定的成效,同时也存在一些问题。这将是一个长期的,需要持续的建设与不断完善的工程。

The Convergence Implementation Report of Quzhou Culture Information "Sharing Project" and "Distance Education"

Abstract:Nowadays,the National Cultural Information Resources Sharing Project of Quzhou city has established 2802 grass-roots web-sites in the scope of the whole city,There are two service patterns:one is satellite receiver pattern,the other is broadband PC pattern.Now we establish a"Culture of Quzhou City Information Resources Sharing Project Mirror Site"in the telecommunications room,use the resources from"Distance Education"primary point,using broadband PC mode,and limit the scope of the external IP address of the region to access the site,to ensure the"Sharing Project"Resources copyright protection.To the end of 2008,it had invested 2.97 million yuan,established local special resources 10GB,the city's primary point had staff 5392 including full time and part time,city centers and remote branch office together trained 10160 people,using primary points render services 163522 people.Through the"Share Project"and"Distance Education"convergence implementation,built a city-wide"Shared Project"service network of Quzhou City,promoting the Culture Sharing Project in more depth development.Convergence project achieved supporting the extensive cooperation,resource sharing,complementary advantages between the city center and the primary point.Project began in 2002,has achieved some results,of course,there are some problems.This will be a long-term Project,need to continue building and continuous improvement.
