| 摘 要： | 自我教育作为一种教育方法在学校教育中发挥着重要的作用。良好的校园文化能培养提高学生的自育能力。校园文化包括校园物质文化、精神文化和制度文化。校园文化在学生教育中的作用是潜移默化的。良好的校园文化建设要坚持正确的政治方向,要营造浓厚的学习氛围,形成良好的校风,要有科学规范的制度,要有丰富多彩的文化活动。

| Abstract: | Self-education is one of the education methods who plays an important role in colleging. The students'capacity for Self-education can be cultivated in good school culture which include physical school culture, psychicschool culture and institution school culture. And also, school culture exerts a subtle influence on the college education.Good school culture should have correct political direction, good study atmosphere and school ethos, scientific systemand plenty of rich and colorful culture activities. |
