| 摘 要： | 西部大开发战略的实施,给桂林经济发展带来了新的机遇。桂林要做好大开发的文章,实现地区经济社会的全面振兴,必须对投资环境进行的正确的评价。通过对桂林投资环境的swot分析,我们得出了桂林投资环境的优势主要在自然环境禀赋等方面,同时,地理位置和社会环境是其劣势,根据系统化、市场化、国际化原则,提出了桂林市投资环境优化的措施。

| Abstract: | The condition of investment climate will directly affect the decis i on of investment,the future income of investment.Any country and region that trying for development,are all taking investment as an important tache of econom ic decision,and adopting corresponding inducement measures,that urging the inv estor to putting their capital into production and relevant industry.The implem enting of west development strategy bring Guilin new economic developing chance. Taking advantage of the great developing situation to make comprehensive region al social and economic flourish,Guilin must evaluate it's investment climate pr operly,and optimize it. |
