| 摘 要： | 从科学语义网络的构建、知识库的创建、知识网络的建立和知识服务网络的布局、知识服务平台的设计角度论述如何构建图书馆网络知识服务;指出当前图书馆存在的知识库难以建立、服务的知识含量低、图书馆间的合作有障碍、管理体制和激励机制不健全、知识服务运作模式的研究不成熟、用户研究方面提出的新问题、知识服务评价被忽视、知识服务的关键技术不完善等诸多问题,是影响图书馆网络知识服务构建的关键。
