| 摘 要： | 在经济全球化的趋势下,国际技术转移构成了当代世界经济活动的重要组成部分,但是由于技术输出国与东道国之间文化背景的不同,在技术转移的过程中会出现各种各样的文化摩擦和冲突,影响了技术转移的效果。本文从文化的角度探讨了文化与技术的辨证关系,文化对国际技术转移的影响,指出树立科学的文化技术观的必要性。

| Abstract: | International technology transfer (ITT) plays an important part in the world economy during the economic globalization. There are all kinds of attritions and conflicts in the course of ITT because of the different cultures between the technology-exporting country and the host country. These problems have side effect on ITT. This paper inquires into the dialectical relations between culture and technology, and how culture influence ITT from a culture perspective. Meanwhile, it points out the necessity to build a scientific culture- technology concept. |
