| 摘 要： | 教育即沟通，是人对人的感化。有效的沟通需要教师用真诚去播种，用心灵去培育。从保护学生的自尊心出发，用真诚的赞美打动“心”，来缩短心理的距离，获得彼此的心理相容。

| Abstract: | Education is a way of communication and persuasion. Effective communication requires teachers to be sincere to their students and educate them with their souls and hearts. If the teachers protect the students＇ self-dignity and touch them with honest praise, the psychological distance between them can be shortened and psychological compatibility can be acquired. |
