摘    要:目的观察rhEPO和睾酮对低氧小鼠血清ASTase、ALTase、LDHase活性的影响.方法应用低压舱小鼠实验(0.42atm,22h/d, 6days),分别注射rhEPO(200u/kg·d)、宰酮(2.5 mg/d)、皮质醇(0.5 mg/d),检测血清酶活性、血清 EPO浓度和 Hct.结果rhEPO和睾酮不同程度地抑制低氧小鼠血清酶活性.结论rhEPO和睾酮对低氧动物肝功能具有不同程度地保护效应。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the effects of rhEPO and testosterone on serum ASTase, ALTase, LDHase enzyme activity in mice with hypoxia. Methods: The experimental model of mice was established to be exposed to hypobaric chamber(0.42atm, 22h/d) over a 6 days period, injected by rhEPO (200u/kg· d), testosterone (2.5mg/d) cortisol (0.5mg/d) respectively and examined serum enzyme activity, serum EPO and hematocrit. Results: The inhibitory effects of rhEPO and testosterone on serum enzyme activity were occurred in mice with hypoxia stress continuously. Conclusions: The protective effect on liver function by administered rhEPO or testosterone in mice with hypoxia.
