| 摘 要： | 中国共产党是中国的执政党,执政党的合法性并不在于执政党的地位本身,而在于执政党广泛的、坚固的群众基础。党同人民群众的关系是血与肉、鱼与水的关系,历史经验告诉我们,什么时候党群关系的状况良好,党的事业就兴旺发达,否则,党的事业就遭受挫折,甚至遭受失败。党群关系关乎中国共产党的兴衰。面对新世纪,党要把党群关系作为党的建设的晴雨表,按照江泽民同志“三个代表”的要求处理好党群关系,保证党的事业立于不败之地。

| Abstract: | CPC is the party in power,whose legality does not lie in the position itself but in the foundation laid in the masses.The relation between the Party and the people should be like that between blood and flesh or fish and water.Historical experience has shown that when the Party and people are in good relation the Party will flourish,othewise the cause of the Party will be frustrated,even suffer from failare.The relation between the Party and the masses has a bearing on the CPC's rise and decline.Facing the new century,the Party must correctly handle its relation with the people in accordance with the "three representatives"required by JIANG Ze min to guarantee the victory of the Party. |
