| 摘 要： | 人民币汇率形成机制改革以来，我国企业面临的外汇风险日益增大。但是目前企业在对外汇风险的认识、外汇风险管理的理念以及外汇风险管理的组织形式等方面还存在一些问题。企业应通过设置独立的外汇风险管理职能部门、培养和吸收外汇风险管理专业人才、建立和完善外汇风险管理信息系统等措施，努力提高自身的外汇风险管理水平。
