| 摘 要： | 当前,少数民族的发展问题,是科学发展观视角下值得探讨的问题。自新中国成立以来,党和国家对这个问题给予了高度重视,并从法律层面上提供了制度性保障。本文在审视了我国少数民族发展意义的基础上,分析了我国的政策法律环境,并进一步强调以法律保护少数民族发展的实现。

| Abstract: | At present,the issues of ethnic minority development are worthy of exploration in the view of scientific development.Since the founding of new China,the Party and the country attach great importance to these issues,and provide a system of safeguards from a legal perspective.Based on examining the significance of China＇s Ethnic Minorities Development,this paper makes the analysis of political and legal environment in China,and puts further emphasis on the of the implementation of legal protection of minorities development. |
