| 摘 要： | 随着社会主义市场经济体制的逐步确立,我国不同所有制企业之间的工资形式愈来愈趋于一致.依据马克思政治经济学理论对其进行分析可见,不同所有制企业之间工资有本质区别,资本主义工资和社会主义工资也不容混同.

| Abstract: | With the establishment of the Market Economy System, various forms of wages of different enterprises tend to the same. According to the Theory of Marx's political economy, We can draw a conclusion that wages in different enterprises of various ownership differ intrinsically. Wages both in capitalist countries and socialist ones can not be absolutely confused. |
